“Being able to feel safe with other people is probably the single most important aspect of mental health.” — Bessel van der Kolk
Do you feel like you’re carrying more than your share—emotionally, financially, or within your family system? Many of the women I work with are the strong ones, the dependable ones, the glue holding everything together. At times, this fast-paced life can feel gratifying and invigorating, even shaping your sense of value and confidence. But something may be shifting—what once felt fulfilling no longer does. You might find yourself burned out, tired, angry, depressed, or lonely. Many women I see come to therapy with a long history of feeling unseen, undercared for, or unappreciated—perhaps even invisible. There is a deep loneliness in living this way.
You may be longing for a space to feel heard and to find more balance between caring for others and caring for yourself. I’m here to partner with you—meeting you where you are, helping you better understand yourself, and supporting you in creating more authentic, sustainable ways of living and relating.

I specialize in supporting women who are overextended, burnt out, or navigating the long-term effects of chronic stress and childhood abuse. I also work with women who struggle with executive functioning problems. These are the people who keep the world turning but rarely get heard.
